Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of loss through video call.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds can apply like any slab is damage or any error from our side we will be providing a loss amount refund within 7 to 10 working days (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition is broken or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- If you are good to go, then your refund process will start.

Exchanges

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to info@turkishmarblecompany.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
